Looking for more than just a retail job?

At Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley ReStore, every purchase, donation, and customer interaction helps local families achieve the dream of homeownership. As a ReStore Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that combines retail, customer service, sustainability, and community impact—all while having fun and making a difference.

No two days are the same. One day you may be helping a customer find the perfect piece of furniture, and the next you may be assisting donors, creating eye-catching displays, or helping unload unique treasures arriving at the store.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Process sales accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Merchandise and price donated items to maximize sales and visual appeal.
  • Assist donors with donations and help evaluate incoming merchandise.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail and warehouse environment.
  • Support inventory movement, loading, unloading, and warehouse operations.
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for Habitat for Humanity and our mission.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1–2 years of retail, customer service, home improvement, warehouse, or related experience.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for serving the community and supporting Habitat's mission.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (heavier items with assistance).
  • Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day.
  • Ability to work in an active retail and warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and similar equipment.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Make a meaningful impact in your community.
  • Support affordable housing and sustainability efforts.
  • Work with a supportive, mission-driven team.
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays based on hours worked.
  • Employee discounts at the ReStore.
  • Every day brings something new.

If you're looking for a rewarding job where your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.
